Marmari Palace

Visited Marmari Palace at the beginning of July. Transfer was quick - 15 mins from the airport. Check in was quick, was late so taken to room on golf buggy, picnic provided of wraps, crisps, fruit and drink. Room for 3, overlooking pool was not overly spacious but ok for the 3 of us. Beds super comfortable and roomy - rooms made up daily, ladies super friendly, if no clean necessary they still leave water etc outside. No noise at all heard from the pool in rooms despite being close. Restaurants are busy but do not feel over -run, never any big lines and always found food to be tasty, never struggled to find something I liked. There are a la carte restaurants you can visit each of them once, book up quickly (machine in reception) as they get booked up. Pools - there are around 6 pools , lots of room, it did start getting to a point of getting up early for sun loungers but we always found one, the pools are spread through out the resort so didnt ever feel crowded. Pool food was great, we loved the Gyros and fresh Pizza and didnt use the restaurant at lunch. Bars - The pool swim up bar has a lovely lady serving - I didnt get her name, always smiling. The Wunderbar staff work super hard, your glass is rarely empty. We were staying during the world cup and all games were shown in here so very busy. The resort is spread over a large area and makes it feel more like a village than a hotel - grounds are lovely and well maintained, the Beach is to the bottom - food, drinks all served at the beach. Bus across the road to Kos- around 30 mins - 4 euro per person. Not a lot outside the hotel, nothing to walk to. There is a small town around 5 mins away called Mastachari - some lovely restaurants on the beach for a change of scenery. (Taxi costs 10 euro) Shop on site which was handy - sold a little bit of everything. My only criticism would be we had a very later check out (after 8pm) and had to wait till the last day to see if we could late check out - which was declined - very frustrating as we feel we lost a lot of our last day when this could be sorted out at the beginning.

We had a wonderful family holiday at the Atlantic Marmari Palace. The hotel is set in a beautiful location, with several fantastic pools, a stunning beach, excellent food, and spotless facilities throughout. What really made our stay special was the incredible staff. Every member of the team we encountered worked so hard and consistently went above and beyond to provide a warm, world-class welcome and outstanding service. A special thank you to Michaela on Reception, Alberto at the watersports centre, Genne at Flavour, Arghavaan at the Pool Bar, and our TUI representative, Theano. Your kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth made our holiday even more memorable. Thank you all for such a fantastic holiday. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Atlantic Marmari Palace and look forward to returning in the future.

Weve had the best time x great hotel and service is impeccable x thankyou to the maid in room 1133, spotless everyday x the restaurants are amazing and the food choice is on another level x we love Jess on the entertainment team x she was friendly and reminded us of home x thankyou to the evening service by Rahmen & Andy, nothing was too much x a big shout to the pool bar & Gyros bar x your service was great and always friendly x we have the holiday blues and Sienna misses her holiday friend Remmi but we will look forward to the next family get together x thanks for the memories xxx
