Terrible experience, we arrived June 26 for three nights, they gave us a noisy and hot room, we requested air conditioning, they told us we had to pay 10 euros more per day, the next day we changed rooms to 438, we found two cockroaches, one in the bathroom and the other under the bed, I went down to reception to inform them of what happened, the service staff told me it was normal... COCKROACHES IN THE ROOM NORMAL.....if you can avoid it.

Great experience at the hotel, I recommend it, from the accommodation to the restaurant and the bar! I recommend Magdalena and Angela for their welcoming nature and kindness!
