Charming place, availability of the owners, proximity to the beaches. A means of transportation is needed to reach Kos town.

An oasis of holiday peace We stayed a week at this property for our summer holidays, we were absolutely satisfied

We loved it here. The area has numerous 4 and 5 star hotels but we preferred the tranquility of Seagull which sits in its own quite extensive grounds. The room was great with clean en-suite bathroom and two balconies. The cleaner came in every day and we could change towels whenever needed. The pool was fantastic – spotlessly clean and a must-have for hot days and if you are buy the pool at dusk, swifts come out to feed and drink the water. Although other reviews don't speak too well about the breakfast of bread, spreads and tea/coffee, you can take your own food to the breakfast area so there is nothing really to complain about. Although Seagull is 2-3 miles from Kos Town, you don't really need a car to get about. There is a bus stop outside and the buses run approx every 20-30 minutes into Kos Town (about once an hour at weekends). It costs 2 euros and the last bus back is midnight. We would definitely recommend Apartments Seagull.
