The Small Village is an Apartment hotel offside from the touristic area and very close to the airport. Regularly departing aircraft can be heard. To reach the place or the beach from there, a car is required.
The apartments are a bit rundown and an update of the premises would really upgrade the experience.
WiFi was only available at the pool and bar area, with very little internet speed (<1 Mbps). No WiFi in the apartment. The cellular connection at the Small Village is as well very weak, which eliminates almost any internet possibility.
The pool area was acceptable and as well as the pool bar, however featured an amazing sunset view.
The apartments have a kitchen, bathroom, basic living room and a bedroom. The air-conditioning has been mounted on top of the bed which ensures a slightly unpleasant constant breeze at your head whilst in operation.
The staff has been very friendly and was always interested in addressing every guest’s request.
The experience staying at the Small Village has been, not good but okay.
The charges for the days stayed is, however, certainly highly overpriced and should be half at maximum, even in high season. Value for money did heavily lower the herein given rating.
