Lagada Beach Hotel

Very good welcome, really very nice young ladies! The setting is ideal, close to the beach, the pool is great, and the place is beautiful, near shops and restaurants. However, the interior is very minimalist but sufficient. I would just like to speak to the person who chose to put garden stones on the floor of the room and ask them why? I should have brought slippers.

Stained beds, awful bathroom, very basic. Bitten alive by mosquitoes all night. Didn’t try pool (no one else did either, it was empty). Lovely young woman on reception, but everything else was terrible.

Do not book with Lagada Beach Hotel. Our experience was extremely disappointing. There was no sea view, no running water on the first day (so we couldn’t use the toilet or shower), and no cold water for the entire stay. The bathroom had mold and an ant infestation. We repeatedly asked to be moved to another room, but were told none were available. When we requested a partial refund, it was denied. Their idea of compensation was offering a free breakfast—which was already included in the room rate. (LOL!) Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
