This was a great hotel. It was modern, clean and had great customer service. The location is the biggest downside with around a 15 minute walk to the town (not bad!). The room I had was gorgeous! The aircon was fantastic. It was super clean and spacious. The pool is lovely. The food was great. They have toilets and showers that can be used while you’re waiting to check-in. I would 100% stay here again if revisiting Mykonos.

The hotel itself is in a lovely hillside spot, around 15 minutes walk from Mykonos Chora. However, it is the flexibility and kindness of the staff that make this hotel. Nothing was too much trouble - they arranged a transfer for me from the airport and the driver was waiting when I arrived. When my flight was delayed on the way back, they moved my transfer back by two hours so I could get the last few hours of sun in. The rooms are spotless and amenities replenished every day. I loved the balcony outside my room, there was tables and chairs to sit and watch over Mykonos town. The breakfast area also had a panoramic view of the sea and Mykonos town, although I didn’t actually try the breakfast. The walk from town to the hotel is up a fairly steep hill, so take this into account if you have limited mobility. The hotel is located around 40 minute walk from the port - I walked it but there are taxis. I am told though that traffic can be extremely congested in Mykonos in July and August. Overall, a lovely stay in a handy location.
