Dionysos Resort Hotel

1 star – “Luxury” is very far from reality I genuinely do not understand how this property can be presented as a Luxury Hotel. We booked Dionysos Luxury Hotel Mykonos through a travel agency and were extremely disappointed from the moment we saw the room. The cleanliness was simply unacceptable. The bathroom was dirty and poorly maintained, with visible buildup around the bathtub drain, extremely dirty/grimy grout between the tiles and stains and marks throughout the bathroom. The floors and edges were also not properly cleaned. The room was old, unattractive and poorly maintained. Several areas showed clear signs of wear and lack of maintenance. The outdoor areas were also neglected, with leaves and debris, damaged surfaces and worn furniture. The breakfast was honestly one of the worst hotel breakfasts we have experienced — extremely poor, limited and disappointing. It certainly did not meet the expectations created by a hotel marketed as “Luxury”. The staff attitude and service were also extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, the overall experience was not one of hospitality or professionalism. I am attaching photos taken during our stay so that potential guests can judge the condition of the property for themselves. These are not edited or exaggerated — they show exactly what we found. The location may be good, but a good location does not make a hotel luxurious. For us, there is a huge difference between what is advertised and what you actually receive. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this hotel look carefully at recent guest photos and reviews before booking. We certainly would not return.

Hotel is in a great location right by ornos beach Staff were very friendly and so helpful in regards to the island Staff around the hotel always working keeping it clean and tidy and helping around the pool Rooms lovely and clean ( few slight areas dated but can over look these) Rooms cleaned daily Pool was lovely Hotel nice and modern we just had breakfast booked here which was fine but I would suggest a toaster ( so us English can toast our bread!!) Really enjoyed our stay here and Mykonos as a whole .
