We stayed at this hotel, and it was, by far, the worst hotel experience we have ever had. Upon our arrival, our room was not available; the wing in which our room was located turned out to be seized by the police. Instead of the one we had booked, the hotel relocated us to another building located about 15 minutes away by car. We had been promised a room of equivalent quality, but that was totally false. The accommodation was unsanitary: dirty bathroom, questionable sheets, no feeling of cleanliness. The windows looked directly out onto a dark hallway; the whole place felt more like a hospital than a vacation hotel. For an establishment that claims to be 4 stars, this is unacceptable. We had to make the round trip to the hotel every day to try to enjoy the services we had paid for. We stayed there for four days before managing, after long negotiations, to get another room. As compensation, the hotel had granted us access to a private beach, normally charged at €100. Here again, the management was catastrophic: you had to send a message the day before to hope to reserve a lounge chair, but despite that, there was sometimes ultimately no space available. When we were finally able to move into a hotel room, the disappointment continued. We waited more than an hour for an employee to come and pick us up for our room change, but no one ever came. So we decided to go there on foot. On the way, a staff member finally picked us up by car, but knocked over my bag while handling it, scattering its contents on the road... Furthermore, the room was not even in the main building, but in an annex. It was still tiny (less than 20m2 even though that is what we had booked) knowing that the receptionist had "upgraded" us, which was another pure lie. It was impossible to properly place our suitcases or move around normally. Once again, nothing to do with the service sold. The staff, instead of trying to find solutions, were cold and annoyed, constantly giving the impression that our requests bothered them. Every problem seemed to be a chore for them. The bed in our room broke several times. We had to spend one night on a broken bed before a solution was proposed. At the pool, it was practically impossible to find a lounge chair. The space was small and contained only 7 lounge chairs, to the point that some guests had to sit on the floor on the tile. We paid the price of a 4-star hotel and we never received the promised services. Between the mediocre rooms, the lack of cleanliness, the chaotic organization, and the staff's attitude, this stay was a succession of disappointments. I strongly advise against this establishment. It absolutely does not deserve its four stars and I deeply regret having stayed there.

The worst hotel experience of my life. I had booked a standard room, and they offered me a room without a window in an underground bunker 15 minutes away from the hotel on foot. It was just surreal. After refusing this cellar, I asked for a refund; they were uncomfortable and then gave me a perfectly decent room. I must admit. Their attitude was very hostile, even violent, when one of the employees, in a rage, sped off in his car seeing that I wasn't a pushover and nearly ran over my daughter. This experience ruined my stay, despite the new room. You should know that offering such a room is illegal, and I think it is very dangerous, especially in the event of a fire. What a shame, and I also hold Last Minute responsible, as they completely disclaim such abusive practices. Mykonos, such a beautiful island, ravaged by excessive capitalism.

Clear case of fraud and partial treatment towards Indian Couple! While we booked a standard room, which is 22 sq metres or 230 sq ft in size, we were in for a hell hole. The distance between bed and the adjacent wall is literally 5 fingers. Hence you have to jump across the bed to go to the other side. This is clearly different from what is shown in their website. We paid an exorbitant 750 euros for 3 nights here and have been clearly cheated here. To add to this, the receptionist was rude and didn't accept her mistake or change the room. Despite showing her the photos on the website, she blatantly ignored us and asked us to go back to our room. There was no one to help us here despite us asking for a senior manager. Please do not come to this hotel ever or be fooled by their reviews and ratings. I have attached photos and videos of the real room and website for clarification
