Loukas Pension

Arrived at Loukas Pensions for a Week long stay in Mykonos. On the second day, I discovered that my room was infested with bedbugs. Not just one, but several. I found the nest in the bed, dicovered one crawling on my curtians, on the door by the bathroom and even in the room next door where my family was staying. I immediately notified Expedia (my booking agent) to move me, which they did. When I tried to get a refund from the property (for the rest of the days that I would not be staying there), they disputed my findings even though I provided video evidence and the staff seen the bedbugs also. While I am still in a dispute over this situation, I wanted to share how this experience impacted me. Beware! Not a good customer experience with the bedbugs and moreover a terrible experience with the Property and the managers.

Stayed for a few nights and was a last minute booking. If you intend on being out the whole time and only sleeping in the hotel for a few hours and being up and out the next morning to repeat then this place is fine. Otherwise I wouldn’t recommend it. The room I was in had no window! Only window was through the bathroom and that was exposed. The walls are very very thin and you can literally hear the people next door peeing, walking around and other things. There was also a weird noise every night that made it very difficult to sleep. Staff are friendly and helpful though and it’s very close to Fabrica Square which is the bus station to get around which is why I gave 2 stars rather than 1. One of the cheapest places in Mykonos but if I had known it was like that I would have paid extra to go to a better hotel

First of all, Konstantinos was waiting outside the hotel to welcome Us. Although the late hour he explained to Us everything about the location and gave us very useful information about Mykonos (where to go, to eat, etc.). The position: the hotel is about 300 mts away from the city centre, and is possible to reach it by feet. This is a plus when is not possible to rent a scooter or a car immediately. The room was very tidy and comfortable, small. but with everything to enjoy the stay in Mykonos Outside there's a small terrace where You can enjoy the view on the "chora" (old town) and drink while relaxing and waiting for the sunset. A last advice, if possible, ask for a 1st floor room with balcony. I hugely recommend Pasion Lukas.
