Makis Place

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the port. But it has other assets! The hotel has been well renovated, the rooms are comfortable, the pool is idyllic, and the breakfast buffet is plentiful. The seabus is on the other side of the street and allows us to reach the center of Mykonos. And then there is excellent service: the shuttle took us from the airport and brought us back to the ferry the next day, with exemplary punctuality. The staff is very attentive and extremely kind. We highly recommend it!

A nice discovery, a well-maintained 4-star hotel, albeit minimalist. Everything was clean, daily linen change, daily supply of water and coffee, and the room had air conditioning, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a large hairdryer. In the bathroom, everything necessary was provided. Beautiful view of the port, outside the more chaotic area but easily reachable. The pool is lovely with all its services. Very kind and helpful staff. Beach towels every morning. Good breakfast buffet with sweet and savory options under a nice portico with a sea view.

Makis Place was absolutely amazing from start to finish. All staff were extremely polite, helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel taverna Molaraki is equally wonderful - food, service, and atmosphere were all perfect. We loved it so much we’ve already booked to come back next year. Highly recommend!
