Myconian K Hotels & Spa

We stayed in this hotel with 2 rooms, a basic standard room, quite small and without much charm, and a suite with a private pool and a superb view of the sea. The suite was large with an incomprehensible kitchen whose use is unknown and a very small bathroom without a partition from the bedroom. The lounge area is comfortable with a view of the private pool and the sea, however the pink furniture is of a slightly more questionable taste. The complex offers the possibility of going to have lunch in all the restaurants of the different hotels, which is very practical and offers a great culinary variety, often of quality, all of which can be done on foot. The quality of service remains, however, very questionable; no problem at the reception, nor with the cleaning staff, but for the rest, the quality of service remains very mediocre for a high price level and a 5-star standard. For example, of the hotel employees you pass, at most one in two greets you or even deigns to respond to your greeting. Likewise, the staff is in the habit of making phone calls or smoking on the sea-view terrace on the 4th floor, a place normally reserved for guests, which is very surprising. Finally, a waiter having accidentally spilled Coke on my wife's shirt, no one asked us if they should send this shirt to the cleaners at their expense. For a small establishment this is acceptable, for a luxury hotel it is more disturbing. A beautiful hotel, more training would allow things to be improved.

A huge special thank you to George, the supervisor, for his exceptional care and oversight, as well as Clio and Thanos at the spa for making our relaxation truly unforgettable, alongside all the rest of the wonderful team members whose names we cannot list all at once.
