the hotel is a quaint and small property by the main road that leas from Fabrika bus terminal to Platias Gialos/psarou beach bus route, there is a small unnamed bus stop just next to it...we had a tough time locating and reaching the hotel even after the sketchy directions we received from the hotel owner and that really put us off..we got down at the last stop (the beach stop) and thereafter it was a steep uphill trek and with luggage not a pleasant experience... the rooms are small and just meant for sleeping at night, the bathroom had some essentials...the water outlet from the shower area was not good... we had breakfast included in our booking which was served downstairs and was nice..the wifi worked fine.. nearby couple of restaurants and supermarket offered other options. However, no complimentary water bottle/tea or coffee in the room..the towels were not changed the next day.. we paid 331 euros for two nights stay which seemed expensive for the kind of stay this property offered.....but the owner did help us out in locating our cab on the day of departure...they don't go out of their way with suggestions or recommendations but when asked they helped us out

The rooms are relatively small and certainly, do not worth 150 euros/night without breakfast. The bathroom was awful since there was only one exit for the water at the floor so having a bath means floating and obviously in some cases if one uses a lot of water it gets under the door in the room. The owners and staff were not polite

Upon arrival we were immediately greeted at the port with a free transfer to the hotel (and a smile!). The owner George was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and informative as soon as we arrived and throughout. Everything we needed was catered for, and he even offered a free breakfast of croissants, boiled eggs, and other nice things. Any information we needed was given to us and his wife was also very welcoming. The hotel was fantastic for a couple on a budget who are looking for somewhere friendly and relaxing to stay. Also it was very close to the bus stop, supermarket and scooter rental which made it an ideal place to stay. It was also lovely and quiet.
