Sunrise Village Hotel

Just returned from 7 nights at this hotel, In my opinion this is better than 2*. The room was, for Greece, a reasonable size, very clean and comfortable, it had a decent sized shower that had very good pressure and hot water. The kitchen had no rings but had kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee maker and a full sized fridge. There was never any problem getting a bed round the pool although this was at the end of May/beginning of June. There is no actual bar as such but there is a Fridge with drinks available to purchase in the reception. All the staff were friendly and worked hard keeping the place clean. I feel if you have any issues just ask the staff and they will do their best to get it sorted - don't ask, don't get. Car park is small and first come get the places, although you could park on the road outside the front of the hotel. No real beach in Skopolos town although there are a couple of stony beaches you could use if desperate. Town is close by, about a 10min walk. It has loads of restaurants and 3 Supermarkets - 1 small one and 2 bigger cheaper ones. The biggest probably not walkable. If like us you have an early ferry back to Skiathos combined with a later flight home there is a left luggage shop, LS Luggage Storage very reasonable prices

We spent a week in this hotel. The room was beautifully decorated and kept very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t hire a car so can’t comment about parking. It’s about a 10 minute walk into town. The WiFi worked very well. We would stay here again.

Fantastic apartment. All very clean. Staff helpful and welcoming. Pool was lovely. Would certainly recommend.
