This particular accommodation is located inside the castle. The rooms are small and beautiful. It also has a space with a balcony with a very beautiful view. Mrs. Katerina polite and willing to help us with whatever we want. Very nice experience and nice place.

I chose this hotel, because it was cheap and i just needed to stay one nigt in Naxos. I stayed, paid throught Booking.com everything was like always. The room itselft was very small, old, acc not working and very confusing to find. After two days i left a review on Booking - 3. Then host saw my review she cancelled my booking charged me for 3 nights instead of 1, called me and said if i delete my review she will give money back for two nights. First she lied that i didint show up, after she lied that i stayed 3 nights instead of 1. So for this host is no problem to steal money from your credit card if you leave negative review. First time this happen to me, be careful with this property because this host has no conscience.

First of all, Katarina is a friendly person who welcomes you at your arrival by ferry, which is great... but after that, she is always in a rush and it is hard to ask question :( But, my room wasn't ready (other customer stayed longer because their ferry was cancelled) so I got a very small room, no extra blanket, no information in the room about wifi. She told me that I would get an upgrade for my room for the next two other nights I was spending there. Well, the upgraded room was not that great. The room looked to be cleaned very fast (some ferry ticket still under the bed). The room was noisy... I don't know what it was (plumbing or thing knoking on the roof), but it was hard to sleep well with that intermittent noise. Even the sound from adjacent rooms was easy to ear. So even if the place is located in the old town of Naxos, I you prefer stay elsewhere the next time I will go there.
