I was a bit worried because there are conflicting reviews, which I can't explain except that perhaps it depends on the type of room booked. We had an absolutely positive experience overall. We had booked a family suite with a garden view on Booking that corresponded exactly to the photos on the site and the booking platform, so no negative surprises, in fact, I must say that the Greek style is really very beautiful and well-kept and rich in details. I can only say that I expected a better supply for the kitchen, which is really very, very poor; it's fine to have 2 burners (this is what I expected) but we had neither a frying pan, nor any ladle/utensil, no coffee maker, and not even a colander. Much less microwave oven. Even plates and cutlery were really limited. At the reception, they provided us with the colander upon request, then we managed and used the kitchen little, but if we had needed it more, we would have definitely faced difficulties. So if you think you will use it daily, you might want to request an adequate supply in advance. Daily towel change and almost excessive, room cleaning was definitely essential (trash removal and a quick wipe of the sanitary fixtures; there was a pair of underwear from previous occupants under the bed, and in general, it wasn't very clean under the beds; we made the beds ourselves out of habit, but I think bed making is included). Aside from these 2 notes, I must say it fully met expectations, very clean environments, a clean and pleasant pool that was never crowded, umbrellas and sunbeds always available at least during the period we were there. Abundant buffet breakfast with many savory and sweet options, always replenished and really well taken care of. Friendly staff, although sometimes the service was a bit "impersonal" and lacked that loving heart I perceived in some family-run Greek studios. A means of transportation is needed because the best beaches and services are a short distance away but not walkable. It is worth noting that the total payment by credit card occurred about 2 weeks before the stay, which was not very clear to me at the time of booking. In any case, I recommend it and I am happy with the stay.

I booked this hotel online because of the reviews and it’s nothing like either. It’s an absolute dump that needs a complete revamp. The room was advertised as a studio and it’s not. The bedding was a sheet over the mattress, we had to ask for more sheets, towels, pillows and blankets. The bathroom was grotty and the shower is tiny and would not fit a decent size human in. The kitchen well not sure it can be called that

Return to this hotel that never disappoints. Giorgia has done everything we need, car rental at preferential cost, transfer from the port to the hotel on arrival and departure. Breakfast varied and plentiful, spacious rooms and always clean. Inviting swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. Quiet location a few km from the Plaka and Chora. However, you must have a car to reach the various places. The cost is more than fair for the quality of the facility. Highly recommended.
