From the moment we walked in to their courtyard, I was impressed! The room was clean but small and offered a little balcony overlooking the pool. The location was perfect! A 3 minute walk to the beach and restaurants and the major bus stop to port. Short enough walk to everything but far enough away that you don’t hear the noise. The pool was beautiful and well kept. Loved that it was a deep pool but may not be ideal if you have young children. The grounds were beautifully maintained. We rented a car and the hotel even provided parking. I looked forward to breakfast in the courtyard every morning. Our only problem was that we couldn’t keep the AC on if you weren’t in the room. So after a long day of exploring, we would put our key in the slot to activate the electricity and then have to sit outside on our balcony and wait for the room to cool down which could take hours. But even with that minor inconvenience, I can’t wait to return!

The hotel is idd quiet at a 200 meters from “the center” where there is much to do on the beach and the beach street. Further dated and not really a place to stay

We paid almost £1000 through Expedia to book a week in a deluxe jacuzzi room.Our friends also booked one of these rooms. When we arrived we were told at reception that the hotel only had 1 jacuzzi room and that it was Expedia’s fault for selling us this room. We went to the room which was dark and overlooked a dusty car park. There was a jacuzzi but it was bolted up and broken alongside old wooden sun beds . Our friends had the jacuzzi room next door which was full of sand, with sun beds with filthy stained mattresses. We asked to change rooms the next day and for a refund on the difference on the cost of a standard room. We were told that a room overlooking the pool would be available the following day but that no compensation would be given if we accepted this. Even the pool area which was supposed to have a bar, had a little bar area squashed in one corner, never manned and if you wanted a drink the staff had to get you one from a padlocked fridge. Total disappointment !!!
