Stupid cleanliness, lack of professionalism, lack of respect for customers. Attention!

Perhaps the best hotel I have ever found in Greece! Extremely friendly staff, 2 bottles of fresh water gifted upon arrival. Spacious and very clean room with towel changes every day. Power always available. Meticulously maintained garden, balcony available for relaxing or hanging clothes. 2 pools, also very clean. Varied and abundant breakfast.

Dirty, old, expensive and busy! Total disappointment! The room and the bathroom smelled! The sleeping pillows were in the dirty wood where suitcases and shoes were placed! The bed and the mattress were in tragic condition! Shamelessly unacceptable! It takes courage to ask for so much money for such a room in this situation with these "benefits"!!!
