Asteras Paradise

I cannot even begin to to describe this dump of a hotel. I will attach pictures to this review but from the time we arrived the property is badly maintained and the beds are spent in from a hostel. Every room( we had booked 3! At the price of 1700 euros fyi for 3 nights) had a smell and was filthy. When I say filthy it’s an understatement. There was no manager onsite to be seen, the poor kids he had on the check in desk tried very hard to placate me but a filthy room bathroom and stains etc cannot be fixed. Then I sat and had to complain to booking.,com where this hotel had the audacity to be rated as a 4/5 (not even a 1) and at 9 pm Start looking for another hotel!!! Which we found and 4X the price! Bc it was last minute and they had no way of fixing the issues this run down place has. We finally found a place and we got to our new destination at 11:30 pm! The manager of asteras wakes up the next day and sends me a rude email telling me he does not agree with me!!! And basically telling me he won’t give me a refund! Bro your walls are stained! Your floors are filthy and you didn’t even clean the toilet! Are you kidding me not to mention we didn’t even spend one night there??? And let me add your view is a gas station???!!! For the prices you are charging you need to up your game!!!! Just a horrid experience all around. I cannot blv booking.com has this on their website! Nightmare!

Me and my partner came here for a special getaway. We have never experienced such amazing customer service from all of the staff. Shout out to Derbsi, the general manager and Lukas and all the bar and reception staff! Every staff member made us feel welcomed, they would come up and speak to you with a smile and kindness. We were first welcome at reception and was personally walked to our room. Then was welcomed at the pool and had our pool towels retrieve for us. They help you organise transportation, answer any queries you have and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The hotel itself is clean, tidy and the perfect Greek look for your vacation. The food tastes amazing, and is really well priced. I could go on and on about how much we love this place!

Great hotel, we had a garden view with one of the bigger suites and it was very peaceful. We travelled with our 4 yr old and 10m old. Great breakfast, they changed it every day to new items and I preferred that— great omelettes, Greek yogurt and lots of choices for kids; The pool was THE BEST! Our daughter enjoyed it alot; also the pool bar/rest was really good— lovely cabanas too. The beds were comfy, we al slept a lot in Paros; likely because this property was so peaceful. Bus stop is right across from hotel, Naoussa is 10 mins bus ride; we didn’t rent a car for this island and found our way around!
