We stayed for 6 days in July 2026, 2 adults and 2 children (7 and 10 years old). Charming hotel, comfortable and well located in relation to the center and the beach in Naoussa. Walk of 5-10min. As the streets do not have walkways, you can make shortcuts through the alleys and stairs. It has a great breakfast, pool, very attentive employees. Our quadruple room was comfortable (beds and pillows), with outdoor balcony, table, and floor varal (very useful for beach clothes and towels). I highlight the care of Maria, who stays at the reception. In addition to very friendly, helped us in various indications, such as restaurants, beaches, car hire etc Paros is quite large and Naoussa is an excellent accommodation region. We visited several more distant beaches and confirmed that the region we chose to stay is the most interesting. We intend to come back! Thank you to the hotel staff.

I do not recommend. I have never experienced such a complete lack of compassion from a hotel. Before our arrival, my husband was hospitalized with a serious medical emergency, and I provided documentation while asking for a simple one-day adjustment since we would be arriving a day late. Every request was denied. What shocked me even more was that the manager didn’t even acknowledge my husband’s hospitalization or offer a single word of sympathy. We weren’t asking for special treatment—we were asking for basic human decency during one of the most stressful moments of our lives. To make matters worse, the hotel itself looks nothing like the photos. It’s located in a run-down area with a long, uneven, and bumpy walk into town, making it far less convenient than advertised. The pool wasn’t even heated, the rooms did not feel clean, and the overall experience fell well below expectations. There are countless beautiful hotels in Naxos that actually value their guests. Save yourself the disappointment and book somewhere that understands both hospitality and basic human kindness.
