Real class at the bar. The guy who works at the bar is spot on, nice and very welcoming.

The hotel has a nice location, but there are no olives at breakfast. The only cheese available is kashar cheese. But we didn't like the taste. Other breakfast options are good, the rooms are small but clean, have air conditioning, a minibar and a hairdryer which are all working, and there is a balcony in the room. That's enough for us. I only have one complaint. Our suitcase wheel broke and we asked for a screwdriver to fix it, which we even found on the table next to the elevator, so we explained the situation to the hotel staff. Even though we told them twice that we would take it down and bring it from the room in five minutes, they said they couldn't give it to us. It's a disappointment for me, you're making a fuss, one of the most important things for you is a suitcase, they didn't even give us a tornsvids, they didn't even say "bring it here, let's take it apart". I don't know why. Perhaps that employee has no compassion for Turks.

The stay at this hotel unfortunately left much to be desired. Although the staff was friendly, the positive was also there. The room we stayed in was obviously not clean, and also the general cleanliness of the hotel was substandard. For example, on the bar, where glass bottles stood, there was a thick layer of dust. In addition, our room was not cleaned daily, which further reduced comfort. Another big problem was the window, which did not close properly. This allowed mosquitoes to easily enter even while we were sleeping, which added discomfort. The breakfast buffet, which is normally expected, was not available, presumably because we stayed just before the season. Instead, we got a limited and unqualitative replacement. The bread was chewy and the croissants were either hard or dry. On the first day there was not even chocolate available. We then got a hot sandwich with chicken, lettuce, tomato and egg, wrapped in plastic wrap and warmed in the microwave. All this made for an unpleasant experience. In short, despite the friendly staff, the hotel did not meet expectations in terms of hygiene, comfort and breakfast quality.
