All very nice and clean, but the tables at the reception to have breakfast was all (2/20) wobbly unbearable to have breakfast like this.

Had a lovely 3 night stay here. Rated the hotel 5 stars for value. The rooms are basic but clean. We slept comfortably. Air con is an additional fee but we didn’t need it. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The hotel shares a pool with the palm concept hotel next door. This is a brand new infinity pool looking out over the mountains and in the distance the sea. It is absolutely stunning. We went end of September and got a sun bed every day. The breakfast is typical continental. Cereal, fruit, ham, cheese, bread, tomatoes, freshly boiled egg and cake! We enjoyed it. It’s uphill, and the walk to Ladiko beach is around 20 mins, and into Faliraki about 25 mins. We quite enjoyed the walk. The owner even arranged to drive us back to the airport for around 35 euro. We loved our stay here. It is peaceful, unassuming, budget friendly, clean but with access to the most stunning pool.

When you book a hotel you look at the pictures to see what’s it like, I booked it and when I arrived the swimming pool in the picture was not there the pool has been changed less sun beds I counted 14 and on the side 10 of them said reserved the other beds were used, this upset my wife because there were no sun bed but besides that the rooms needed some work
