Blue Bay

We have just returned from an incredible stay at this hotel, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, everything was fantastic. We were very grateful to be allocated a room in the main building, which made our holiday even more enjoyable and was a perfect base for our stay. Check-in was seamless despite it being a very busy arrival day. We were checked in within five minutes, and the reception team were welcoming, friendly and professional. The hotel itself was spotless throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned to an exceptionally high standard every day, usually while we were at breakfast, and the housekeeping team were always so cheerful, greeting us with a friendly "good morning" whenever we passed them in the corridors. The animation team were brilliant. Although we didn't take part in the activities ourselves, it was lovely to see the energy and enthusiasm they brought each day. They worked incredibly hard to keep guests of all ages entertained. A real highlight of our holiday was celebrating our son's birthday. The hotel went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the à la carte restaurant overlooking the sea after the staff kindly accommodated our request for a sea-view table. The Events Coordinator decorated our table with animal-themed balloons, which was perfect as our little boy absolutely loves animals. We also returned to our room to find housekeeping had created a birthday cake from towels alongside more balloons, and we were even surprised with complimentary room service. These thoughtful touches meant so much to us and made his birthday truly special. We also loved having the photographer based in the hotel. We now have some beautiful family photographs, including stunning sunset pictures on the beach, which we'll treasure forever. The water park was another big hit with our family. There really is something for everyone. Our son loved the smaller slides, while my husband thoroughly enjoyed the larger ones. My husband also visited the spa for a massage, and the team there were outstanding. They were professional from the moment we enquired, and during his treatments they identified tension in his shoulder that he hadn't even mentioned. After just three sessions, his pain had completely disappeared and hasn't returned since we've been home. They were absolutely fantastic. Although we didn't book any excursions through the hotel, it's a brilliant service to have available for guests, and having the car hire office just across the road was incredibly convenient. As a Travel Consultant, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to my clients. One thing that really stood out was the professionalism of the reception team. On the evening of our departure, we witnessed another group of guests speaking aggressively towards the staff. Despite the difficult situation, the reception team remained calm, courteous and professional throughout, which was genuinely impressive to see. Every single member of staff we encountered contributed to making our holiday so memorable. Their friendliness, attention to detail and genuine care for their guests really sets this hotel apart. We had an amazing holiday from start to finish and would recommend this hotel without hesitation. If possible, I would definitely recommend upgrading to a room in the main building, as we found it to be an excellent location. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so special. Excellent hotel ❤️❤️❤️ A+++ Rhodes is the best place for holiday

We stayed for 2 weeks at blue bay, it was our first visit to Rhodes and we will definitely be back. Hotel staff were nothing but helpful and friendly. Lovely sized rooms, we had a family room with sea view (upgraded upon arrival), great selection of pools with plenty of sunbeds. Food was lovely, particularly Indian night. Animation team were AMAZING!! So friendly, so much fun.. they were great with our daughters & really took the time to get to know us which is just lovely, special shout out to Tomas, Noah & Arthur. It’s been a great trip and we are already looking forward to coming back.
