Bright Star

We have just returned from a weeks stay at Brightstar FALIRAKI. From the minute we were dropped off the owner was warm and welcome, greeted us with our names, so personal. We were offered welcome drink, the room was ready and he had already cooled it down with the air-conditioning. Plenty of sunbeds very clean and tidy. The guy who used to come and serve the drinks on an evening was really lovely too, so friendly and just seemed to be happy to be at work, not what you see very often these days abroad. The guests who we got talking too when the England game was on were Dutch regulars who visited a few times a year, this speaks volumes. Our breakfast which was beautiful and we also went to the owners restaurant which was really lovely. If you want a quiet relaxing and homely environment, with a genuinely amazing personal touch I would definitely recommend. Thankyou for a lovely time. Jamie & Carol R

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at the Bright Star Hotel in Faliraki. The hotel is spotless, the pool is lovely with plenty of sunbeds, and most of the time we had it almost to ourselves! Breakfast was very decent, and the location is perfect – just a short walk to great bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and the beautiful sandy Faliraki beach with crystal-clear water. We stayed in the superior bungalow, which was ideal for our family. It’s private and spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen (everything from a coffee maker to a microwave and fridge). We enjoyed eating outside on the patio and the jacuzzi was a real treat. A basic daily cleaning service was also provided, which we appreciated. A special mention has to go to the owner, Lefteris – his hospitality is second to none. Lefteris also owns a nearby restaurant where both the food and service are outstanding. This hotel truly stands out because of the warm and welcoming atmosphere. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend the Bright Star Hotel to anyone visiting Faliraki!
