Elysium Resort And Spa

The hotel was really nice and super clean. The room was spacious and modern.All staff were super friendly and inviting. The breakfast had a great selection and was great quality. Cocktails were really good and can be ordered to your beach bed/poolside bed via the app. I would definitely try all inclusive next time. The beach was very well maintained and the bus stop outside was handy to get to Rhodes town and faliraki for no more than €2.50! Nothing is really around the hotel but the public transport is very accessible. I would 100% recommend and stay here again! You get exactly what you pay for.

Having had a great experience last year we decided to return to the Elysium for a 10 day break . My husband unfortunately became unwell on day 3 of our holiday and I had to ask reception to organise a doctor visit . I can’t thank the reception team(Xenia and Christina )enough for all of their assistance . We managed to resume our holiday as normal after a few days of recuperation. The hotel has had many rooms upgraded which we opted for initially but decided we missed the quieter Elite room we experienced the year prior and were fortunate enough to pay extra to move rooms . The hotel staff in the dining room under Mr Manolis were wonderful particularly when I dined alone for a couple of visits ,special thanks to our waiters Kevin & Gabriel. The fascilities at the hotel are wonderful and the attention to customer service and detail are to be commended. Special mention too for the service of Georgia at the beach bar and congratulations on her much deserved promotion . This hotel is the place to go if good service ,peace and quiet and excellent facilities is what you’re looking for in a hotel. We are sure to return.

I want to take a moment and write special thanks to the main person who his name is Manolis food - restaurant manager he was so kind very nice and knows his job very well. His service is very professional and love the way he cares about his customers. The way he made food for us was very special and he is so nice. Every day he gave us very nice service. I highly recommend anyone goes to this hotel it's very clean I say super clean beautiful- food amazing and people including all the stuff and special the manager is very nice we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
