It is fine for those who have no expectations and are used to hostels. The only positive thing is the very kind lady at the reception. The rooms are dated and poorly maintained. Do not accept the first room on the right on the ground floor: the beds are so soft that you sink into them. In the second room we had an ant infestation (with windows closed, very small ones living inside the wall). I do not recommend it.

Not great, arrived early hours to be treated by Theo lovely gent checked in with ease although paying by card proved difficult, managed to pay at the bar though 😀 no price list & seemed very over priced, was instructed to pop by in the morning to pay tourist tax & Air con bill (£8 per day) had to pay in stages for some reason I wasnt allowed to pay all in 🤔 room seemed fine just very dated, had to compromise with old metal coat hangers to use as an airer to dry wet towels & bikinis 👙 as for the pool or garden view 😀 dumping ground & building work was our view.shower head leaked more than actually came through the head, reported & another one was dropped off the following day (we changed it ourselves, kitchenette all disconnected when questioned apparently our room (58) hadn't been updated & when it does it wont have a kitchenette at all,no running water in the sink area either so unable to swill coffee up out (cleaners refused to take these ) had to fetch a clean one each evening ready for the next morning, avoid room 58 at all costs its so close to reception its hard to get any rest at all with the phone ringing day/night staff speaking very loudly & when cleaners arrive the whole apartment must be awake with the noise, gaping gap underneath the door letting light through even during the night, 2 plug sockets in the whole room 1 of those being right by the front door midway wall too to top it off 🙈 drinks were charged by what they wanted to i do believe as the same order was charged differently when questioned it was just "pay tomorrow " after the moan about the toom staff appeared rude & stopped with the "hellos morning good evenings" pool area small yet lovely 😍 no rushing for sunbeds for the size of the apartments it worked fine, out skirts are lovely very close village supermarket just a few steps away plenty bars /restaurants to eat /drink within the village.. taxi was 20e each way from the apartment to & from Faliraki (nice beach /strip) buses just in the square 4e to Lindos 2.50e to old town Rhodes.afanfou beach is roughly 20min walk pleasant flat walk (make sure to wear beach shoes /pebbles galore 😀 ...definitely give the Italian restaurant (Sergios) beautiful homemade pasta lovely owners & staff too,Gummersbach was also beautiful meals friendly family run.Acapulco bar was just our fave for drinks such a friendly pleasant Mom & Son Martin seeing their prices made us realise just how the apartment was charging what they wished to on whatever day 🙈 Cleaning staff did pop each day but only to drop clean towels off we had to ask for Loo roll 🙈 Day 5 beds hadn't been changed so I striped the beds myself to find no mattresses protectors , mouldy pillow & stained mattress 🙈 Overall its a beautiful village but we wont be returning to the apartment unfortunately, we didnt expect 5* seeing as it was a 2* but reading the reviews thought it would just be dated as there wasnt a bad review wrote.

"Going on a cozy family vacation for a few days, right? Well, it definitely didn't feel that way. The pool was tiny, and the cleaning wasn't always done well. To make matters worse, there was a fire at the hotel, so we left for a bit. The next day, the hotel manager actually asked us: 'Were you scared?' Scared? Are you serious... On a positive note, there was one very sweet staff member who was very welcoming and gave us drinks. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this place, but if you really want to visit Rhodes and can't find anything else, it's fine for a three-night stay (though I can't guarantee the beds will be comfortable)."
