What a fantastic holiday we have had here. Such a beautiful hotel with a fabulous selection of rooms to suit most needs. We stayed as a family of 4 in a spacious one bedroomed suite with private pool. Customer service is of paramount importance to all staff at every level and Thalia works tirelessly to ensure your stay is the very best it can be. The food is of great quality and the drinks are all branded. Mini bars restocked, no wrist bands or towel cards required and you honestly are made to feel so relaxed with the sole purpose of simply enjoying your holiday hassle free. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful hotel and from our experience the customer service we encountered was on another level to other 5 star resorts we've visited.

The best ultra all inclusive hotel in the whole island!!! The atmosphere is exceptional, the rooms really spacious and modern, the cleanliness super 5star value, the location amazing and the staff really really polite, quick and professional on all levels! Will definitely come back next year with the whole family!! Fun fact: if you are lucky enough you will be accompanied by little goats and baby deers to your everyday walks in the hotel premises!!
