Louis Colossos Beach

The hotel made an excellent first impression on us. It is a very modern and beautiful hotel with a stunning pool area. Upon our arrival, we discovered a problem with the balcony door in our room. The hotel handled the situation professionally and upgraded us free of charge to a larger room with a sea view, which we greatly appreciated. The food was more than satisfactory—in fact, I would describe it as excellent. Breakfast was a classic continental buffet with scrambled eggs, cold cuts, sausages, fresh bread, Greek specialties, and many other options. Dinner offered a wide variety of delicious, high-quality dishes every evening. We really have nothing to complain about. The entire hotel staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Everyone spoke English very well and always did their best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained. The only downside is the usual "sunbed reservation with towels" early in the morning. Although the hotel tries to solve this by removing towels from clearly unattended sunbeds until around 9:00 a.m., the pool area is usually fully occupied by that time. However, there are always plenty of free sunbeds on the beach, which is much quieter. This is not really the hotel's fault but rather the behavior of some guests. The second minor drawback is the entrance to the sea. It is neither sandy nor a typical pebble beach. Instead, there are large stones in the water, so I strongly recommend bringing water shoes. Walking across the hot sand and entering the sea over the rocks is not very comfortable. We stayed here as two families, and all of us were very satisfied with our holiday. Apart from the two minor issues mentioned above, we can highly recommend this hotel. We would like to thank the entire staff for their kindness, professionalism, and excellent service. They made our holiday truly enjoyable.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff, amazing food, clean and beautifull rooms, kids friendly and animation is amazing and kind and verry caring. Everyday they come with a smile and joy. We LOVE this hotel. It’s the second time we’ve stayed here & we cannot fault it at all. The rooms are beautiful. We had a sea view room…… such a fantastic view. All of the staff are so friendly & helpful. Cleanliness of hotel is superb. Sunbed situation was never a problem for us as we are early risers. Every morning we saw towels being removed if they were left to reserve sun beds before 9am. Hope to go back for a third time next year.
