Manousos City Hotel

It started of really bad we got a room next to the lobby, bar and what looked like the janitors closet, we didn’t even have a balcony the balcony we had was surrounded in a wood fence and when we looked past the wood planks gap in the morning because of noise we saw that the garbage room was next to us too, so we told them we wanted to get a new room which we got. The new room was better we got the balcony with view that we expected in the beginning.. then some days later they told us we couldn’t shower for 4 hours because of leakage in the bath tub? And we also had a small gap in the door so you always hear the people outside talking or coming home from the partying.. but if your ok with noisy neighbors etc yea. I started getting mad I thought we deserved like the best room after all this or something as a sorry… but in general the people working here were really kind especially Raphael he took care of us as much as he could which we appreciate..

Black fungus in the bathroom, not working do and was not possible to get refunded any of what we paid even though do not worked during any of the visit. We had to use the public doing down in the basement. They claimed every day that someone would come to fix it, but they never came. When they first fixed it after 4 days, it was destroyed the next day again and they never fixed it. When we discussed this with the staff, they were uncomfortable. In addition, we were three in a room where it was important that everyone got their hotel room card. This was obviously not possible. So we had to split two cards that were impractical.

This hotel is the worst I've ever stayed in. I have traveled a lot in my life and stayed at the mass hotel but this here takes the first place on the worst hotel. First, our toilet didn't work all week. We tried to get something refunded or to change hotel rooms, but we were not allowed to do so since the hotel was full booked. So then it became the shared toilet in -1 floor on us. Second, there was a lot of mold or mushroom around the hotel room. And the receptionists were terrible. There was one that was nice while the rest were very rude. And if you were sitting by the pool you were chased and ***** by those who worked there to buy things or pay for things you hadn't bought. Otherwise proper location.
