Miraluna Village

We had an amazing stay! First of all, the food was a total surprise for us! Every night there was a different option and for those who are saying that it gets repetitive, really? During our week they had an Asian night, Street food, Spanish! Wow! The staff here has been incredible! So helpful, kind and each member really works hard!

We travelled as a family of two adults and two children (aged 6 and 11) in July 2026. The resort is quite large with several annexes and pool areas, located just over an hour from the airport. Overall, we are happy with our stay, but there are some improvement points that make the hotel not really feel four star throughout. What was positive: * The room and upgrade: We upgraded to a room with private pool for 50 euros per night, which was absolutely fantastic and really recommended! The room was spacious and good, although the children's sofa bed could have been more comfortable. * Service: The staff were very friendly and helpful. On arrival we got fantastic service where we were driven to the room and got help with the bags. * Spa: We also tested the hotel spa during our stay and we were also very happy with that. Pool and beach towels are also collected for free. * Theme restaurant: Of the two bookable restaurants (where drinks are not included) we tested the Italian. The food there was very good and highly recommended! * Children's activities: The mini disco in the evening was appreciated by the children, although we personally thought that at . 20.30 was a bit too late start time. What pulled down the grade: * Sunbed chaos at the main pool: The area around the main pool is worn out, dull and in great need of renovation. In addition, it was impossible to get a sun lounger. Despite rules that you may not call dibs on chairs before 10.00 10:00, everything was already taken by 10:00. 08.00. We denounced this at reception, but nothing was done. Luckily there were other pool areas we could use instead. * Disappointment at Gyros restaurant: The buffet food at the main restaurant was varied but not to our taste. We were therefore looking forward to the lunch restaurant called "Gyros restaurant". The gyros was magically good, but to our great disappointment it was only served 3 out of 7 days (other days it was hamburger or chicken). Gyros was also not available in the other restaurants. * Beach bar: We never really understood the purpose of the bar down by the sea. It was completely empty, no food was served and alcohol was not included. Here there was missed potential for a cozy lunch spot. Summary: We have had a good week, but due to the uneven standard and lack of action around the sun loungers we will not return to this hotel.
