We had chosen preferences according to the room, you just have to know that the preferences that you pay for before, at all not get covered... we didn't get at all what we had chosen according to the room and the preferences

The rooms were very worn, smelled horrible and had a lot of silver beasts/bearded animals. Not helpful with changing rooms. The food was totally ok, the pools cold and the area was ok, but a lot of traffic right out. Not a child-friendly location. Never come back here. Nothing resembles a 4-star hotel, but that's what you cherish it as. The most pleasant thing about the whole experience was the laundry staff, they were incredibly friendly.

This hotel advertises itself as a 4-star stay – but in reality, it felt more like a nostalgic trip back to the 90s with three stars at best. The cleaning staff were probably both thorough and well-intentioned, but someone clearly lost control of the hair-strand department in the bathroom. A bit like sharing the room with an invisible golden retriever. Breakfast? A classic buffet where fried options reigned supreme. Great if you want a hearty start – or a minor oil crisis in your stomach before lunch. The staff did their job, nothing more, nothing less. No extra warmth, but not cold either – more like “service on autopilot.” All in all: a perfectly okay place if you don’t set your expectations too high. I give it a solid three out of five, even if the hotel itself seems to think it deserves a little extra credit.
