Rhodian Rose Studio & apartments

I stayed at this hotel in July 2026, the location is ideal, it is about 700 meters from the center of Faliraki, so far from the chaos but at the same time close to the activities. The hotel has a large garden where there is a spacious pool, ideal for a quick dip or for spending a few hours. I must say that there are no showers to rinse off before entering, and in the 15 days of my stay, I never saw it being cleaned. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, at least the one I was staying in; the surprising thing is the lack of a safe (there is one at the reception for a fee) and air conditioning, which you pay for separately, €5 per day; we had it included in the price but it didn't show up on their end, after 4 days of phone calls with the tour operator it was activated, the cleaning meets the standard of Greece, which is to say very perfunctory. The sore point is breakfast: RIDICULOUS! If you want to have a non-savory breakfast you have about 20 cookies available placed in a plastic container (I think it's Tupperware..) and sometimes there was a pound cake, the height of ridiculousness was reached one day (and only that one) where 7-8 wafer cookies had been put in another container, perhaps leftovers. You could toast some bread to put jam on, there was no yogurt, and the fruit on display was infinitely sad, a small plate with a few tiny slices of watermelon and orange wedges, a couple of times they had put out sliced bananas that had turned black after a few minutes and no one ate them. The property is managed and maintained by a mother and daughter (Seva and Vivienne) who work very hard, but perhaps they should consider investing in hiring staff who could provide added value to the property, which has potential.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Friendly hostesses (mother and daughter) who make you feel right at home. We had indicated that we only arrived in the evening and were kindly welcomed. The 1st morning we couldn't get the shower to work, and she immediately walked along, despite being busy with breakfast (the dial could also tilt) Nice spacious room, lovely balcony on the garden side. Good beds! Nice pool with nice sunbeds! The hotel is perfect. Quiet, but you are quickly at the lively street with nice shops and restaurants. At the sandy beach you are also fast, there are also nice restaurants. Tip: take the boat from Faliraki port (or if the water is deeper. you can get on earlier) to Rhodes city. ( 10 Euro one way, we went back by bus) is a nice boat trip. Walking from the hotel to the viewpoint on the AnthonyQuinnbay is also nice (if it's not too hot) and then walking down to Ladiko bay or Anthony Quinn bay, nice swimming.

Small hotel very friendly, very clean, and especially very well located! Quiet but 100m from the main street with all the bars and restaurants. The beach is a 7-minute walk, the pool is superb, and about forty sun loungers are available for you. Excellent light meals. The owners are very attentive, with the possibility to rent a car at a very competitive rate with delivery to my hotel. I recommend +++++
