Rodos Palace

Room was wonderful, we had booked the Premier rooms all inclusive as these are the new updated rooms, seen a lot of reviews that people have said rooms are terrible. However if you dont want the bog standard room you get what you pay for, if not you would need to book premier which are floors 7 and above as these rooms are amazing. We had also booked private transfer to and from hotel so got there in about 20 mins. The hotel itself had so much staff constantly cleaning all areas making sure everywhere was spotless. The hotel is in a lovely location and having a balcony view the views are beautiful. Finally there were some really exceptional staff that work here who go above and beyond to make your stay well worth it. Especially Anuki the hostess in the Meze and Bel Passo Restaurant she is a credit to your staff, she is a lovely lady who went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time she has class and grace and always makes sure the customer is happy with all the services provided. I do hope she gets her politics degree and i get to meet her again. There was also two other ladies within these restaurants which unfortunately didnt get there names but they also are a credit to Rodas Palace Hotel if this message gets to them. I would like to Thank them as they are both lovely you made our time here a very five star experience. They went above and beyond to make sure we had wonderful evening's. The buffet restaurants also had some wonderful staff too, there was Theodois and Prakriti the hostess hope this is how you spell there names, they are lovely with smiles and greetings from both everyday, there are so many staff who are a credit to this hotel. I can not rave enough how wonderful the stay here was and the staff are very exceptional. I could not of wished for a better hoilday for my son as its his first time aboard. We all had a wonderful experience and I will be coming back here in the future. Defiantly well worth the cost for going extra on the premier rooms.

I’d love to share my thoughts on a particular area of the hotel: the ABAV2 VIP lounge. I’ve been a guest here for business since 2012, sometimes even monthly. Over the years, we’ve enjoyed complimentary access to the VIP lounge, and we’ve even tried it ourselves. Unfortunately, our first visit was about 10-15 minutes before closing time. However, the staff were incredibly kind and polite, offering drinks and beverages whenever we asked. They also let us know the opening hours without pressuring us to leave. Miss Zoja, unfortunately I don’t know her last name, but she was very professional and made us feel welcome. I asked for a specific wine, and she even insisted on opening a new bottle to make sure I was happy. We visited again a few days later, and the atmosphere was just as welcoming. Miss Zoja continued to be so friendly, always trying to meet our requests for wine, breakfast, or a quick coffee before heading to work. The place is amazing, but the people who work there truly make it special. It’s an excellent choice and a lovely spot for a quick relaxation on the 16th floor with a stunning sea view.

We had a lovely meal at the Meze and an even better experience thanks to the amazing staff. A special thank you to Anuki, who was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. She made us feel genuinely looked after and always had a smile on her face. The rest of the team were just as kind and professional, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The service was quick, warm, and made our meal even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this restaurant and will be back the next time we’re in the area.
