Sun Beach Hotel Resort

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, both me, my wife and both of our daughters. When we first checked in we got an upgrade to an apartment with a view of the sea. The bathroom in the room was a little dark, badly planned with the toilet placement and lacked ventilation. Hopefully they correct this when they renovate. Everything was cleaned and pretty much as we could expect from the hotel. All of the service personal was really nice and was very focused on making our stay as good as possible, from the cleaners to the waiters at breakfast and so on. We even ate a lot more in the hotels own restaurang Thalassa than we had originaly planned because of an amazing and genuin waiter named Katholiki. She made every day we spent there wonderful. The beach around the hotel is a little rocky but there is a loot of good restaurants nearby and some local bus-tours that you can book.

We booked for garden view room. We did not know booking for garden view ,will end up in an old dirty room behind the main building. Dinner time not much option for vegan and vegetarian. As told on website that we just need to let the reception know about our dietary option ,but she seems not bothered,despite no queue behind us ,she seems very busy and rushing things to get rid of us. On arrival there is no welcome drink or not even us ask for a cup of water. Dinner time only food were free.not many option .waiters their always rush to get rid of your plate .Most shocking is we had to buy even water from them.No juice or water is included for dinner .
