Galatia Villas

The hotel is very lovely from the outside - however our apartment was in need of updating. Not quite like the photos. In real need of curtains as difficult to sleep in the summer morning. Staff were very nice. Pool was lovely.

I booked a 3 night stay at Galatia Villas for my first solo trip to Santorini in May. On arrival I was greeted by a lovely young lady at reception. She gave me a map and told me how to find the bus stations, Fira main square and recommended an excursion to me. She then showed me to my room. The hotel is situated around a 10 min walk from the main square and there is an uphill walk to get to it but it was manageable. The room was spacious, clean and had all amenities needed. I had a private hot tub that was out on the balcony. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping was carried out every day of my stay. The staff were very helpful and I booked the Santorini sightseeing trip through them as it was cheaper than using an online company. The hotel was quiet and I had a lovely view of the sunrise over the sea. I highly recommend this hotel and I will be returning again soon.

This is a great little hotel—clean, comfortable, and very affordable. What really sets it apart is the staff. They genuinely went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, and that level of service made a big difference. We especially appreciated Eva, who was wonderful and even helped us arrange transportation to the port, which made things so much easier for us. The hotel itself is quaint and well-equipped, with a microwave, mini fridge, and a fully stocked kitchenette. The location is also a big plus—very close to the center of town and within walking distance to just about everything. We felt completely safe throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again
