Terrible place..overbooked..no staff. . 1 young lady to hotel..not equipped as in introduction. No service...The pool 2m2 big was very dirty and smelled bad Never this place again. The wiew was ok and the city interest ing. We never saw the owner in 2 weeks We had to changes room 3 times So dear coming visitors. Don't book here

Moved from the Blue suits to here - in effect an upgrade purely for the amazing view. Staff were helpful and friendly, room small but comfortable. Bit of a hike into Fira, but there is a good and close mini mart, bakery and pharmacy. Breakfast served on balcony 8-10, continental style and fine for us. Stayed 5 nights.

Despite confirming our booking a number of times (booked 9 months in advance) were were of course moved to not one but 2 different hotels. The second was of inferior quality with no pool or balcony or breakfast. We were offered no reason or recompense for this extreme inconvinience, and were forced to waste our time lugging our suitcases up and down the stairs. If you actually get to stay in this hotel it looked quite nice, with beautiful views, but I wouldn't count on it. Terrible experience.
