Kalestesia Suites

We had a wonderful stay at Kalestesia Suites and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini! The hotel is located in a privileged hilltop setting with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The pool area is beautiful, and we especially loved the small private pools and jacuzzis around the suites, which made the experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and impeccably maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during the warm summer days. The staff was exceptional throughout our stay, always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to Vicky, Theo, Orestes, Ana, Yiannis and Sofia for their kindness and outstanding hospitality! They truly made us feel welcome and cared for. The personalized breakfast was delicious and a great way to start each day. For future guests, we recommend renting a car to explore the island more easily. If that’s not possible, the hotel is very helpful with arranging transfers and transportation. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would gladly stay here again!

Me and my partner are currently staying here and what a wonderful environment. Vicky is incredibly helpful, kind and always has a smile. The gentlemen at reception is very welcoming and made us feel at home. The view is absolutely perfect. Vicky suggested things for us to do and help us sorting out transport. The cleaner is so friendly and funny it's a pleasure seeing her in the morning. Rooms are spacious and clean. We hear no noise and always have a good sleep waking up refreshed. Avoid! We were charged without our knowledge. To book on their site, they send you a payment link. Two payment links did not work, so we decided to move on. Three days later, we were charged half of the reservation (1500 euros) without any further validation from us. Of course, they decided not to refund this amount and not to respond to our requests. I strongly suggest you go through Booking if you wish to stay with them, but their customer service is and will remain disastrous.
