Exceptional hotel, clean, kind and courteous staff. The hotel's location is ideal for getting around easily by bus because less than 200 m away there is the bus station and a street with places to eat. Opposite there is a supermarket and pharmacy.

Only the pool and relaxation area are nice, it is an old structure readapted and modernized with little expense … some rooms have been totally renovated but the rest leaves something to be desired; breakfast area dated and quality and quantity of products very poor overall it is not worth the price you pay

Beautiful location, lovely rooms, and overall we enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was the handling of a lost-item enquiry after checkout. I contacted the hotel shortly after leaving because I had forgotten a recently purchased shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Initially I was told housekeeping would check the next day, but later I was informed the items had been found empty on the floor. The explanation felt inconsistent and left me disappointed with how the matter was handled. Apart from this issue, the property itself is very nice, the views are fantastic, and the accommodation was comfortable. I hope management improves its lost-and-found procedures for future guests.
