The hotel was exceptional, our room was very clean, excellent appointed with everything we needed. The view from the balcony of the Caldera was amazing and was an excellent sunset viewing location

Room was beautiful and the balcony view was absolutely breath taking. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. They allowed us to hold luggage behind front desk after the 11:00 check out time. This was so helpful because it gave us an extra half day to go explore Oia and they arranged a shuttle to take us to the airport. In packing up I had forgotten to pack my Airpods and charger cable. The cleaning crew found them and they had them ready for me at the front desk when we returned from Oia. The rooftop bar has a fantastic view and the free breakfast is very good. Drinks at night are also very good.
