Pantelia Suites

We recently stayed here for 4 nights and this was easily the highlight of our trip! Right from when we booked Giorgios the manager was very communicative. We were in suite 8 which was comfortable and big for our family of 4 adults with two full bathrooms, a private balcony and a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. We enjoyed a delicious ample breakfast on the terrace every morning and the views from the common terrace and pool area and our private terrace were stunning. Being the highest terrace in the area we had unobstructed views of the caldera and sunset every evening. This also meant minimal steps ….about 25 to get to our room. There were bathrobes, slippers, a proper hair dryer and amenities in the bathroom and a little cabinet with plates and glasses and cutlery in the living room /second ‘bedroom’ area. The staff was very polite and helpful always ….thank you dear Hercules for serving us breakfast with a smile every morning and helping with the luggage! We would happily stay here if we ever visit Santorini again. A beautiful and well maintained property with excellent views!

Amazing place! Beautiful view, seaside villa type look. The staff were extremely friendly and willing to help like giving us change and providing tips for our scheduled boat cruise. Breakfast was splendid with tons of options to choose from and high quality meals. Location is ideal as it is right next to the Main Street which has unlimited restaurants and shops to visit. The only downside is that the WiFi in Suite 2 was not working at times, however because they have many networks across the hotel, we were able to use a different one (Pantelia Yard). Otherwise, amazing hotel - would 100% recommend if you go to Santorini!

This hotel consists of about 8 suites with a perfect view of Santorini - it is in the middle and makes for great sunsets. There are several viewing points (your room, the patio, the room, etc.) and you can eat on the patio or on the roof. It is very relaxing and within 5 minutes to the island's main bus terminal. It is easy access to Fira downtown - restaurants and boutiques - and there is a supermarket within 10 minutes. My room was in the rock formation which made for a great experience. The breakfast can be served in your room or on the patio and it was fresh and plentiful. Leaving the best for last, the staff is exceptional - really attentive and I salute George for his continued smile and helpful suggestions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
