I wanted to give my honest opinion about this hotel where I stayed with my family in mid-August. The images that appear on this page do not correspond at all to the current state of the hotel; it is clear that since they were taken, things have changed quite a bit for the worse. On the terrace, there are only three lounge chairs, and the rest is very spartan. The rooms are decent, but not all of them have views of the caldera and they need a renovation. The breakfast is the one that appears in the images; tell me if that is a breakfast for a 4-star hotel. There is no pool at the hotel even though it is shown that way on the website; the pool they offer is about 200 m away on foot, at another hotel, and it requires payment (15 euros per person). Regarding the service, nothing to object to; the person who assisted us and the employees were very attentive and kind.

Small hotel with a breathtaking view of the high floor where you have a good continental breakfast. Spacious rooms for a three-star but bathrooms a bit dated , good hotel if you want to enjoy the evenings in Fira , also good opportunity to use the pool of the nearby Hotel Aressana for a small surcharge.

With a blink and you’ll miss it entrance on Ipapantis walkway, this hotel ended up being an initially unrecognized blessing. Their courier met us at a drop off point and took our luggage- which saved us the hassle of finding the entrance. Our room came with an amazing view, but it was situated right above two very loud restaurants. Thankfully, with the windows closed, the room is basically sound proof. And the street music doesn’t start until almost 10am, so we were able to enjoy our continental breakfast with windows open, enjoying breath taking views and the cool breeze off the water. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was a little tight, but worth it for the view (room 6- not all rooms had our view). The hotel is kept very clean, despite some shared balconies (never know other peoples’ cleanliness habits). Definitely worth it to stay here if you want easy central access to the shops and popular restaurants in Fira.
