Gogos Hotel

The reservation was mistakenly booked for the wrong dates, and I contacted both the property and Booking.com in advance to explain the situation and request a cancellation. While the request was refused, what concerned me most was what happened afterward. After I left a factual review describing my experience, the property owner replied publicly on Google Reviews with aggressive and intimidating language, including a threat of legal action against me. This kind of response to guest feedback is unprofessional and inappropriate, and it significantly affected my impression of the property. Travelers should be aware not only of the strict cancellation policy, but also of how guest concerns and criticism are handled.

A very well situated hotel for access to the monasteries with a nice balcony. A very good breakfast but paid separately. Shower curtains again.

The room was decent. The host is unhappy and rude. The room was never cleaned. The bathroom water was running drop by drop. We were told there was a pressure problem. I asked several people in the surrounding area and they told me they didn't have such a topic. There was no glass of water. The ladder into the darkness. The night we returned, don't think too late, around 11 or 12, there was not a single light at the entrance to see where we were walking. A table on the balcony did not exist. I would never go again
