Bourtzi

We have just arrived home after a week long holiday at the Bourtzi Hotel, Skiathos and we had just the best time! The hotel is conveniently situated in Skiathos Town close to shops, restaurants, bars and the harbour and only a short drop off from the airport. The hotel is immaculately clean and the staff are friendly and incredibly helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The pool is a perfect oasis and staff are very attentive, providing regular bottles of water throughout the day and take orders for food and drinks. The breakfast is buffet style self service offering a good range of options and The Lobby Bar is great for beers, cocktails and snacks. Everyone from the housekeeping staff, waiting staff, reception staff and manager are all outstanding and we hope to visit again!

The Bourtzi hotel is amazing, all the staff are so welcoming and provide some great recommendations for restaurants, beaches and things to do on the island. Breakfast is great and they have a lovely bar/restaurant attached. Extra little touches like providing water by the pool and beach towels was appreciated. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

What a beautiful hotel. The staff are absolutely wonderful and can’t do enough for you. Must also mention the brothers who run the hotel. They work incredibly hard and are so proud of the hotel and the Island. They have a wealth of expertise and knowledge. They recommend restaurants and boat trips for us to try, all great. We loved the hotel as its location is great situated at the top of Papadiamantis Street in the town, it’s a lovely walk to near by restaurants, tavernas and harbour. Plus bus stop number 4 to get you around the Island. We never return to the same hotel but the Bourtzi blew us away! We are to return in September which we booked two days into our holiday.
