Adrina Beach

Magical location, relaxing atmosphere, clean rooms, fabulous beach and amenities on the beach. Water not refilled in the room and a lack of room service is a drawback. Food in the restaurants are some of the best I’ve had in Greece.

It is the best hotel complex in Skopelos - 3 hotels with 2 own beaches, 3 restaurants, spa, diving center, own boat trips. From Skiathos airport you take a taxi to the port (5 mins), then take a ferry to Glossa or Skopelos town (15-30 mins), and a taxi or bus from there to the hotel (20-30 mins). The entire route will cost you €35-50 per person. Another option - water taxi from the Skiathos port directly to the hotel beach for €170 eur (30 mins). We stayed in Adrina Beach Hotel which is 4* (the other two hotels are 5*), but it is the most green (in pine-trees forest! Imaging the smell!) and cosy. Everything is simply Beautiful! 😍 And the entire staff team is very friendly and welcoming! A lot of guests are repeating ones, they come every year, mostly families, so the vibe is family-like and relaxing. Little flaws: - stairs - you will need to go up and down several times a day. Good for the muscles though ))) - breakfast is pretty standard - peeble beach makes it not easy to enter and exit the sea, but water is amazingly clear and turquoise 😍 Rooms are nice and have everything you need. And! There is a local bus stop just next to the hotel! So to explore the island you don’t even need a car. Busses are running every 30-60 mins and surprisingly they are always on time! Despite of the little flaws, we enjoyed our stay a lot! And will be back for sure!

What's to love: - Quick and thorough communication before and during stay (Whatsapp, email) - Bus stop close by. Hotel also offers to arrange ground transportation - Excellent service: front desk always available, restaurant server is quick with a fredo espresso, bellman will assist with bags to room and bus stop. Dionisis very quickly solved a mechanical issue in my room - Decent WiFi - Restaurants, hiking paths, roads conducive to walking, and a beach can be reached in ten minutes by foot - Scenic views - Multiple onsite restaurants and places for lounging - Rooms come with decks, fresh air, natural light, pleasant sounds of nature - Remarkably quiet - Mini fridge (noiseless), conditioner, shampoo, lotion (upon request), slippers. Filtered fountain water readily available - Dive center onsite - Beaches, pools Room for improvement: - I reserved a Garden View room, yet I had no view of the garden - No food service from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm? - No cats!?!?
