Rigas Hotel

Hotel staff friendly 1st room was really small with step down from bed which my granddaughter fell off Staff moved us next day to little bit better room little bit bigger and no step Pool area not very safe, green false grass round pool area is all lifting and very dangerous, pool not that clean and very deep and not suitable for small children Also pool closes at 6 when sun is so hot still definitely needs to be reviewed Breakfast not the best for us, myself, daughter and granddaughter stayed and went for breakfast once all week and didn’t no we could get food from the bar as we was not told this until I seen someone getting some food to there sun-lounger, not enough sun loungers and really poor layout with bed. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels It’s about 10 minutes walk to port and main bars and restaurants Would I stay here again or recommend it sorry but a no from us

Excellent location for walk into town. Clean room with free air conditioning and safe, fridge was also handy. Breakfast ok. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, some not so. If you are asked to pay tourist tax on checking in, ensure you get a receipt, if not, pay when checking out. Pool decking is a trip hazard, pool opening times 10am although by the time the chains have been removed and pool cleaned, it’s more like 11, strictly closed at 6pm!! Pool bar expensive for drinks, no food menu.

The property is located less than a 10-minute walk from both the town center and the port of Skopelos. It offers different types of rooms: the ground-floor rooms are newer and come with a garden, while the first-floor rooms are older. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. After the first night, we asked to change rooms because the one initially assigned to us faced the street and was quite noisy. Our request was handled promptly, and we were moved to a new room on the ground floor. Breakfast was plentiful and is commensurate with the hotel's star rating. The hotel also features a swimming pool with a bar. Recommended!
