Infinity Bay Spa Beach Resort

Our family of 3 stayed at Infinity Bay June 18 -26 and we had a great time. We were there 20 years ago when only the Palapa bar was there. The resort itself was great, the breakfast buffet that was included was great. We did not do the all inclusive. The staff was friendly and attentive. The only bummer, which was big, was that someone opened the LOCKED safe in our room while we were out and stole $540 from us. I had a couple thousand dollars in there so maybe they didn't think I would notice? why not take it all? I brought it up to the front desk and was told "Sorry about that". Yes, so we won't be staying there again.

Perfect beach! Pleasant atmosphere; they recommended we go to Hacienda del Cielo, a place we recommend for families to visit and interact with monkeys, sloths, and more. In short, a very nice hotel and attractions experience.

We have been coming to this resort for 17 years, its level has not decreased at all. I would improve the speed of service during lunch and the portion sizes; I always come to stay because it is impeccable and has beautiful facilities and the most beautiful stretch of beach in West Bay (without anchored boats on the shore), but I must say that I look for places to have lunch outside of here. Then everything else is 100 points, the breakfast buffet is really worth it and is quite similar in price to the surrounding options if you purchase it at check-in (afterwards it is more expensive) I will return here a thousand times
