We recently stayed at this resort as a family of 6 between the ages of 6 and 68 and everyone had an incredible time. My kids enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to the beach. We stayed in the 2nd floor and the housekeeping staff was very accommodating to all of our needs. The breakfast buffet is very substantial and starts a 7 am which was great because my kids are early birds. There are water stations to fill your water during your morning walks as well as groundskeepers sweeping and cleaning the beach that always remained impeccable. I would highly recommend this stay to families and couples. The lunch and dinner buffets were also very nice. The dinner buffet is always a themed one.
A few shout outs. Yean , manager was always present despite her busy schedule, and available to answer our questions. Kenneth from the kitchen staff always rounded during meal times to make sure the food was great. He is very personable and nice. I also cannot say enough about Mario , who picked us up from the airport on time and helped us with check in. Our room was ready upon checking in. Mario also found out we were celebrating my son’s birthday and had a small cake delivered to the room. He was always very kind and visible around the resort all the time. I also would like to take this opportunity to thank Harry. He helped us with our luggage upon arrival , brought them to our room, and was on time to pick them up upon departure. He packed them in the van and all we had to worry about was the check out. Harry is very friendly , approachable and knowledgeable about the events and activities to do around roatan. Thank you harry and happy birthday!
If you're looking for a hotel experience where you feel genuinely welcomed and treated like a local, rather than just another tourist passing through, then this is the place to stay. This truly stands out with its incredibly personable staff who go the extra mile to make you feel at home.
From the moment of arrival, you are greeted with warm smiles and genuine conversation. The staff takes the time to offer recommendations for local eateries and hidden gems. It's clear that the staff takes pride in their community and wants guests to experience it like a local.
This personalized approach creates a refreshing and memorable stay. We felt like valued visitors, not just a room number. For those seeking a more authentic and less commercialized travel experience, where genuine hospitality is key, choosing las sirenas highly recommended. It's the kind of place that leaves guests feeling like they've made new friends.
We will be returning next year and staying here again.

Excellent place to go as a couple, the place the very nice, the beach super cute, the attention by the excellent staff, the room is very basic but it is necessary as you do not spend much time in it. The only thing that could add more seafood options in meals since they almost have this option.

Las Sirenas rooms are awful. Resort is absolutely lovely - staff, bar, beach, resort grounds - all truly, truly wonderful. But the rooms in Las Sirenas are crappy - small, dated, poorly arranged with nowhere to hang anything, including shower towels. There was only 1 hook for shower towel and it was over the toilet :( . The sink was 40" high....almost impossible for me (at 5 ft 3 ") to spit in after brushing my teeth, banged my elbows trying to wash my hands, and just simply impossible to reach the mirror to put in contact lenses. The mini fridge was smelly (very strong vinegar), rusted and placed on top of that same counter the sink was on. As well, the fridge only fit on that counter sideways - opened toward the sink mirror, hinge on the outside...which means you had to reach around the door to get anything in or out. Now remember I'm 5'3", reaching on top of a 40" counter and around a fridge door to get water (tap water is not drink able in Roatan) so was doing this multiple times a day to take meds, brush teeth, fill our water bottles. Was quite disappointed in the room and its functionality as although we spent as little time there as possible, we did need to hang our wet clothes and gear so it could dry, we needed to shower, and start and end our day there. I would recommend you NOT stay on the Las Sirenas side of this resort. I did not see the larger condo rooms, but based on glimpses through open doors, they HAD to be much, much better.
