This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. For a property carrying the Conrad name, the condition of the hotel and the level of service were simply unacceptable. The photographs speak for themselves: the ceiling in our room was literally falling down onto my head. This was not a small crack or a minor maintenance issue. Parts of the ceiling were coming down, creating a genuinely alarming and potentially dangerous situation. I have photographs documenting the condition. The room itself was in a deplorable state, completely inconsistent with what anyone should expect from a Conrad or a luxury Hilton property. Looking at the condition of the room, one could honestly think the hotel was in serious decline. Breakfast was another complete disaster. It was not simply disappointing — basic items were not being replenished at all. Food would run out and, when we asked for more, the response from staff was simply: “It’s finished.” No replacement, no alternative and apparently no concern. For a hotel of this category, this was absolutely unacceptable. The breakfast experience was honestly shocking. The experience at reception was equally terrible. We were treated as if we were complete strangers rather than valued guests. Despite being a Hilton Honors Gold member, there was no meaningful recognition whatsoever. Even more frustrating, whenever we made a request, the answer seemed to be simply “no”. There was little effort to help, find alternatives or make us feel welcome.

We had a really lovely family stay at Conrad Hong Kong. As a Diamond member, I really appreciated the warm welcome from Scott, and Harvey also stopped by just to say hi and have a casual chat. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. Breakfast was excellent, and my family really enjoyed the Executive Lounge. A special shout-out to Bryan, who really stood out during our stay. He made sure our whole family was well looked after and always made us feel welcome. The location is also super convenient, right above Pacific Place with easy connections to the shopping areas and MTR. Overall, definitely one of the highlights of our Hong Kong trip. Thank you to the whole team for taking such good care of my family! ❤️

Stayed here for a few nights earlier this month while visiting Hong Kong. I usually stay in Tsim Sha Tsui but decided to stay here as I needed a few nights to regain Diamond status with Hilton. The hotel's location is good as the Pacific Place mall is directly accessible from Admiralty MTR. Check-in was ok, but noisy as the jazz band was playing in the adjacent Lobby Lounge. Room was nicely appointed with a view over the harbour. I had breakfast one morning in the Garden Cafe. It was ok. Nothing to write home about. Food was generally lukewarm at best. The selection wasn't brilliant. Staff were friendly. The other days I ate in the Executive Lounge. Again, can't fault the staff who were friendly and professional. There's a smaller selection of food and it's distributed across multiple little stations so you need to really hunt things down. The eggs benedict were really good, and highly recommended. The main issue was the humidity. I know this is a challenge in Hong Kong and Asia generally, but the hotel really seems to struggle. My room felt constantly damp and clammy even with the AC and an additional air purifier running. I overheard other guests complaining of the same problems. Would I stay here again? No, unfortunately not. I don't think it represents good value for money, the breakfast is lacklustre, and the challenges with dampness are dealbreakers for me.
