PRINCE HOSTEL

We hade a wonderful stay at the Prince Hotel Hong Kong. The Club Floor Manager and her entire team were exceptionally warm, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even allowing our friends to meet us at the Club Lounge, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The Club Lounge became like our living room during our time at the hotel --- a comfortable and relaxing place where we could spend quality time with family and friends. The service was consistently outstanding, and every staff member made us feel valued and appreciated. What impressed us most was how genuinely cared for we felt. The hospitality was truly first-class, and we were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived until our departure. Thank you to the Club Floor Manager Polly Chiu, Wing Chan, Rainie Lam, Amy Mai and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Hong Kong.

The concierge is helpful and accommodating. The stay is good and the room is clean. The amenities are always complete everyday. It is accessible to the shopping center amidst the protests around the city.

Have absolutely zero expectations if you plan to stay at this hotel. It's more a hostel than a hotel. Little to no space to walk within the room - had to walk sideways against the wall to get around the room. Dirty bedsheets and pillow sheets. Filthy towels and no space to place anything. Super disappointing!!!
