Star Metro Hotel

Good hotel with great location, just walk down from the hotel to Mongkok area. Definitely difficult to find to exactly hotel address ! The staff at the 1st floor do not speak english with bad attitude. Overall is fine for a bedroom with 3 beds.

We stayed in the family room it was tight however the shower and toilet were modern the Wi FI was non existent, the computer in the room didn't work, also having to go up the corridor for hot water was a little out of the way, plus no refrigerator ,We were located next to a so called restaurant Turkish it said, where several dodgy characters sat at a table chatting and smoking not the best environment to spend a few days, However it is central to the busy Nathan Road tucked up Dumus St, good for a single budget stay, however the so called family room was not too big when you have luggage with you I would give this place 4/10 somewhere to just sleep the lift is upstairs not recommended for a family

Noisy. we could not sleep at night. Elevators can not direct, More luggage, very inconvenient. And fire escapes are not smooth, so feeling of unsafe. No Refrigerator.Poor attitude.Cash only but did not specify when booking.
