Firstly location perfect only 5 minute walk to Victoria harbour and on Nathan road. Also price very good. Downside, rooms are super small, I was in a single room and size of room has only room for a single bed, and bathroom also very small, shower is almost over the toilet seat. I didn’t have my room cleaned for my whole 5 nights that I stayed in hotel. Also lifts have large waiting times, only 5 people at a time can be in lift. Check in was hard l, kept on looking for my booking l!! If you are just after somewhere to sleep it’s ok.

I gave it a 2 stars for location because it is technically in a good location however the room itself and the finding of the check in is incredibly sloppy. First off, the photos of the place do not represent what the room actually looks like. The photos show a 8/10 living space whereas when you actually enter it is a 2/10. Secondly, I attempted to check in and no one was at reception. I met with 2-3 other staff members before someone was able to assist me. Thirdly, there was a flying mosquito in my room which is an absolute NO. This was the very first time I left a room and checked out after entering it. Lastly, I attempted to recover whatever I paid via the Chase banking system and their travel agents. I reported that there were mosquitos, the room does not look at all like their photos, and that it was dirty. All true. They responded that there was no complaints which is obviously untrue based on all of the reviews here on google and provided ZERO refund for the misleading room photos and disgusting room that was provided. Do yourself a favor and do not book this place. This is one of the worst places/service/cleanliness. It is a slum. Do not let the photos fool you.

The hotel is located near 2 MTR lines. Tsim Sha Tsui is also have many restaurants. But this hotel may not suitable for very large luggage. The thing I did not like is the elevator of Chungking Mansion is too crowded. When you reach Chungking Mansion you have to wait for the elevator at Block A (First Elevator near many money exchange counter) There is only one elevator to 15 Floor You have to wait in the right queue. There is staff who will line up the queue. If you catch the wrong elevator, you can use stair to go to 15 Floor. All elevators have camera. The monitor is on the first floor in front of the elevator where people is lining up. So everyone will see what is going on in the elevator.
